ic updates ★ On the "morning" of 10/01, the sky grows dark and stormy, all traces of the fiery sunset hidden by a gathering of thunderclouds. Lighting occasionally pierces through the gloom, and the thunder that follows shakes the ground with its might, but otherwise no rain seems to fall.

★ Cirque Illume remains closed.

★ On 10/01, Mafuyu Asahina goes missing. She will not return until 10/03

★ Those who choose to ride It'z Quite The Large World during her disappearance will find that the usual songs that the animatronics now sing differ quite considerably from the usual peppy cheer. The temporal displacement seems to have temporarily been soothed, and from start to finish the ride will only take up its originally slotted ten minute time period. Similarly, it no longer goes dark halfway through, and for all intents and purposes, it merely seems like a regular park attraction.

★ If given the opportunity to do so, the goldfish previously won at Prize Alley will leap for any fingers within range and attempt to bite at the exposed flesh. They are ravenous and aggressive to anything that isn't fish shaped, and their teeth leave deep wounds that bleed considerably if not staunched and treated. Did they always have such sharp teeth?

★ Lights can be seen from beneath the dark waters of the lake, and occasionally passersby may hear what sounds like quiet whale song when near the water's edge.

★ The swan peddle boats may occasionally jerk to a violent stop in the middle of the lake, and riders will be flung off into the water as the peddle boats are subsequently gripped and flipped over. Hope you know how to swim! There are no lifeguards on duty.

★ Characters will find that their belongings will go missing, only to reappear in strange and unusual places. Occasionally, the glass of the Hi-RiZe cabins will fog up, as if someone - or something - is peering inside from the outdoors, and is breathing on the windows.

★ The showers only run cold no matter how long they are turned on for, and the water emitted tastes strongly of salt.

★ Pumpkins are now being sold at the gift shop, alongside carving kits to allow characters to decorate them and create festive jack-o'-lanterns. There are seven color options to choose from the available candle options; red, blue, white, black, purple, green, and yellow. Depending on what colors are lit, different events may occur. This will be elaborated on in the event post.

★ In quiet moments, the mist howls, the cries echoing across the park in a forlorn symphony. It misses the moon.

★ Throughout the month, more and more Halloween decorations will be set up along the rides and walkways. A banner draped across the Show-TuneZ Stadium announces a Grand Masquerade will be held on 10/31. This will be covered in an additional mini-event that will be posted in the latter half of the month.

★ A special, temporary food cart has set up near the seal fountain in Prize Alley. It is currently offering cherry pie a la mode.
